Hi Antony,

For our 2013 event we are launching a new teaching module called “The Craiceann Masterclass”.
This will be in addition to our normal range of six classes from Beginner to Advanced. It is being introduced in response to suggestions from our tutors that there is now a need for a professional level teaching experience targeted at that small number of people who are currently playing and performing at the very highest level.
Participation in this Masterclass will be solely on the recommendation of the tutors based on their personal knowledge of each player and his/her prowess.
The module will consist of four 2.5 hour intensive sessions on Monday morning and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, each given by a different tutor.
The course fee for this new module will be 250 Euros.
This is a very new and unique development, and we believe that it shows our determination to continually seek for innovation and progress so that Craiceann can remain as the premier world bodhrán learning experience!

Goitse is a flourishing, highly talented five piece band fast making a name for themselves as one of the most sought after bands amongst connoisseurs of Irish traditional music. Their fast paced energetic playing has seen them enjoying a growing fan base through show stopping performances in Ireland, America, Germany, Finland, Denmark and even Africa.
The distinctive quality of their sound lies in the arrangement of well-known traditional tunes interspersed with their own compositions, which make each set entertaining and unique. The band adds their own distinctive contribution to their cultural inheritance with ease and style. Even with hints of continental playing and modern rhythms there remains the overwhelming presence of Irishness.”They have a big musical imagination and are not afraid to tear at the edges of the trad envelope”.–Irish Music Magazine.
Aine Mc Geeney, fiddle and vocals, is a well known singer, with songs in the English and Irish language. James Harvey plays banjo and mandolin, Tadhg Ó Meachair piano and piano accordion, Conal O’Kane (guitar) and Colm Phelan (bodhrán) provide the backing section.LG

LG

-
@Christian:
